The Ultrawipe is cut and sealed on four edges using an ultrasonic method, preventing linting and scratching. The ultrawipe is cleanroom laundered, with a low level of particles, fibres, Ions and extratables and is recommended for ISO Class 4+ Cleanrooms. Composed of 100% polyester continuous filament yarn, its smooth, soft knit construction make it an Ideal wiper for many applications required within cleanroom room and critical environments.

  • Ultrasonic sealed edges to reduce fibre contamination
  • Laundered using 17MΩ ultra-pure D.I water
  • Packaged in a ISO 4 Cleanroom
  • Low levels of particles, fibres, Ions and extractables
  • Chemically compatible with IPA, Acetone and other solvents

  • Recommended for use in ISO Class 4 (Class 10) and higher cleanroom and critical environments, including microelectronics, Precision Electronics, Semiconductor, Circuit-board Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Defence Electronics, Research facilities, Aerospace and Biomedical device manufacturing.
