Delivery Information
If you order before 3 pm on a working day, we usually dispatch it the same day.
Each product page shows stock levels. If it’s in stock, it’s usually next-day delivery. If not, the lead-time is clearly listed on the product page.
- Orders under £300 (ex. VAT) have a delivery charge. See delivery charges here.
- Orders over £300 (ex. VAT) get free delivery (England, Scotland & Wales, excluding Highlands)
Some customers have custom pricing with delivery added separately. This can work out cheaper, but may be less convenient for procurement as delivery charges are calculated separately.
Many of our customers prefer the simplicity of free delivery, which is why it’s our standard online. However, you’re always welcome to get in touch to discuss a customised agreement.
