Ultra-Hygienic Electropolished Table | 316 Stainless Steel | Rear Rail

Part of an ultra-sterile furniture range designed for cleanroom environments. These rear rail static tables are manufactured from 316 stainless steel as standard, exceeding the ISO Class 5 standard with a <0.3 RA surface roughness which provides a more robust surface against pitting and crevice corrosion caused by harsh chemicals, such as Chlorine and Hydrogen Peroxide. In addition, due to the smoother surface, there are fewer microscopic grooves for easier cleaning.

The intelligent design and specification of these static tables helps reduce clean down time and improve productivity, reduce contamination risk and mitigate the risk of rouging or tiger stripes. The feet are also produced in 316 stainless steel with no exposed thread or metal to metal contact areas to prevent galvanic corrosion, a hygienic sealing washer to seal between the foot and table leg, and an intelligent aesthetic design which is self-draining and contains no horizontal edges.
