MAPA Ultrane 524 ESD Gloves | Touchscreen | Precision Assembly

The MAPA Ultrane 524 was specifically developed to dissipate electrostatic charges and protect electronic devices from electrostatic discharge (ESD), with electrostatic properties tested to EN 16350. It offers high comfort and breathability with a second-skin effect, using a thin 18-gauge liner for suppleness and flexibility, and can be used with touch devices and touchscreens on the thumb and index finger.

The glove is built on a seamless textile support with conductive fibre and a polyurethane coating, with a ventilated back for breathability and a knitted cuff. Measured surface resistance is 1.9 x 10⁷ Ω (EN 1149-1) and vertical resistance is 2.1 x 10⁷ Ω (EN 1149-2), taken in the palm area at 25% relative humidity on new gloves. It is silicone free, preventing traces and defects on handled parts, and can be washed once at 40°C without any alteration in performance.
