Sundström SR 500 | Powered Air Fan Unit

The Sundström SR 500, ordering number H06-0112, is a battery-powered fan that together with a filter and an approved head top forms part of the Sundström fan-assisted respiratory protective device systems. The fan is fitted with a filter and feeds filtered air through a hose to the head top, where the pressure generated prevents surrounding pollutants from penetrating. It can be used as an alternative to filter respirators in any situation where a filter respirator is recommended, and is particularly suited to work that is hard, warm or of long duration. The head top may be a hood, face shield, half mask or full face mask.
