Sundström SR 520 M/L | Respiratory Hood with Visor | TH3

The Sundström SR 520 M/L hood, ordering number H06-0212, forms part of the Sundström fan-assisted respiratory protection systems. The breathing hose connects to a battery-powered SR 500, SR 500 EX or SR 700 fan fitted with approved filters, and the pressure generated inside the hood prevents particles and other pollutants from entering. The hood can also be used with the SR 507 compressed air attachment, forming a continuous flow breathing apparatus for connection to a compressed air supply. It can be used as an alternative to filter respirators in any situation where a filter respirator is recommended, and is particularly suited to work that is hard, warm or of long duration. The SR 520 is also available in S/M under ordering number H06-0312.
